From your post, sounds like you have been a member of our Xfinity Family for quite some time. In order to qualify for our Peacock Premium subscription through our Xfinity Rewards program, you would need to be a member for over 7 years and be within our Platinum or Diamond tier. You can learn all about our Xfinity Rewards program by visiting https://www.xfinity.com/rewards.

 

Once you redeem the Xfinity Rewards for the Peacock Premium subscription, you should receive an email to the verified email address or Comcast.net address associated with your account. You would need to follow the instructions in order to link the Xfinity account to the Peacock Premium subscription. Have you already opened and followed the link provided within the email that should have been received?
