Rewards page not loading.

Many subscribers, myself included, cannot get the rewards page to load.  Is Comcast going to try to fix this?  Doesn't seem too good to have a rewards page that won't open when you try to see what rewards you have.

I understand you are having an issue with Xfinity rewards page loading. Can you share the path you are taking to view the information? Are you getting an error code or message?

No matter what browser or platform you use you get "Hmmmm.  This page didn't load correctly".  Xfinity has been trying to solve it on a one on one basis but this is obviously a problem that needs to be solved on Xfinity's end,  along with all the problems trying to load the new app.

The rewards page is not loading for me either.  I have tried pc and phone.  Cleared cache and cookies.  I received an email about summer of free and $1 movies but I am unable to access.  A black screen comes up with the blinking white dots no matter how I try to access.

Hi!

No trouble accessing Rewards page here.

Using iPad w/Safari. 

Also works w/DuckDuckGo browser but as of this morning the anti-tracking privacy protections are automatically turned off by the browser because "...they appear to break the page." But there's no problem getting to the Rewards page.

Thanks that worked.  I just rarely use iPad and not convenient.  Hopefully they fix prob soon.

That being said now that we are connected we can help. Having issues with the rewards page would be frustrating for sure. What type of devices are you working with and what troubleshooting have you completed?
