Rewards gone and now ineligible

When I try to sign in to my rewards I am told I am ineligible. I had access to rewards up until about a month ago. I’m hoping someone can look into it and tell me why I’m ineligible. I appreciate the help.

I would mark this as an accepted answer, but my ticket is over a week old and still not resolved. I’m patiently waiting though, hoping someone, somewhere, is looking into it.
