Reward not available
I received an email today saying "See Kung Fu Panda 4 in theaters, on us". Xfinity rewards will give me a code to be used in Fandango for a free ticket. But going to Xfinity Rewards doenst show the reward or the code. I used thee chat fucntion and the rep didnt know what i was talking about and gave me a phone number for "promotions". The phone number doesnt work. I can not get anybody from Xfinity Rewards to talk to. Why doesnt my reward show?

I feel that it's a poor excuse that there was a limited supply for this reward. I was only emailed about it a couple of days ago and immediately tried to access the reward. Xfinity should have made sure if there were no tickets left then those round of emails should've never made it to our inboxes stating such a reward. They should have edited it at that point stating it was only the activity book they were offering at that point. Xfinity sent out a lot of false hour to their customers and they should be held accountable for their error. We should all be awarded a ticket in not more at this point. If find this erroneous situation to be quite unprofessional on the company's part.

If you are here, the ticket is out a long time back. The 1st respond with no ticket is dated back 2/25 (slickdeals.com, link below or you can search yourself). Xfinity, please stop sending out the free ticket email to bring people's hope up.

I got my email on March 5th at 8:46am, and I responded minutes later only to find fully claimed.

I've been dealing with the same issue since October 2023 when I noticed I haven't gotten any rewards in 2023 yet I constantly receive emails that I have offers. I've had numerous tickets opened and closed without any resolution. I finally went into a Xfinity store and they see my offers yet I can't see them on my computer or phone. Sales rep was going to have their manager look into it and he never did. I went back in the store and got the manager's number. Manager in Arlington Heights IL store was supposedly looking into the issue (we spoke on the phone) and he was going to get back to me that day. That was about a week ago and another big surprise, no return call.
