I had the same issue
I feel that it's a poor excuse that there was a limited supply for this reward. I was only emailed about it a couple of days ago and immediately tried to access the reward. Xfinity should have made sure if there were no tickets left then those round of emails should've never made it to our inboxes stating such a reward. They should have edited it at that point stating it was only the activity book they were offering at that point. Xfinity sent out a lot of false hour to their customers and they should be held accountable for their error. We should all be awarded a ticket in not more at this point. If find this erroneous situation to be quite unprofessional on the company's part.
