I schedule to make an appointment for today between 8-10am but the technician will arrive after 10am. I came from night shift and still have to work tonight so I can’t able to accommodate the technician because I have to sleep. So I call the customer service and ask to reschedule and she said the schedule is 1 week from now. I told her that they should accommodate me since they’re late and have no time to wait but she insisted that the earliest is 1 week from now. She didn’t even apologize and she sounds angry even though it is all their fault to begin with. No ex apologies. Very rude!!! Nonsense and terrible service!!!!

@user_8gb3tv thank you for your feedback and letting us know about your experience. This is never something we want you to deal with. If I were in your shoes I would be just as frustrated and upset too. We are here to help you. Please feel free to send us your full name and address in a direct message:
(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)
"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
