Returning equipment, lost remote

Hello! I need to return my Xfinity equipment however I cannot find my remote, will I be charged if it doesn’t get returned?

The main concern with returning the Xfinity equipment would be the power cable and the device itself. If you are missing the remote or need to keep the HDMI cable, that is perfectly fine. 

 

I recommend visiting our 'How to return your Xfinity equipment' support page where you can find all the quick, easy, and convenient ways to return the equipment. You can visit a local Xfinity Store, local UPS Store (Package and Ship for no charge), or print a return label from our Digital Return Center.

 

I always recommend receiving a return receipt and one thing I do is take a picture of the receipt and email it to myself, so I always have record of the return in case anything happens.
