Returning equipment I didn’t order
I’m dealing with an ongoing issue that’s been unresolved for weeks as a result of Xfinity sending me two modems that I didn’t order. I don’t know why they were sent, they arrived by courier, and Xfinity seems to have no record of them. All I am trying to do is return them, but no one can help me figure out how to do that. I am not driving to a Comcast store to sort out Comcast’s mistake

Hi @Mergendron, and thanks for reaching out to our Xfinity Community forums with your concerns.
There are a couple of options, the first of which is to drop the equipment at a nearby Xfinity store.
Alternatively, you can drop the equipment off at a local UPS store. Bring the equipment (and your account number) to any UPS store - no special packaging required - tell them its an Xfinity return. They'll pack it up for you and provide you a receipt with a tracking number (you'll want to keep that for your proof of return.)
Once we receive the equipment back it will be removed from the account.
Alternatively if you'd prefer to print your own label you can do so my going to the Xfinity Digital Return page which will allow you to print a label free of charge. Then you can drop the packages off at any UPS store (or drop box) that is convenient for you.
