Returned three Apple watches
Due to a mistake by customer support, I was sent and charged for three Apple Watches. I returned all three devices using the FedEx return labels provided by Xfinity.
All three tracking numbers show that the packages were delivered to and signed for at the Xfinity return center over a week ago. However, I only received confirmation for one Apple Watch being received. The other two are still showing as not received, and I am continuing to be charged for all three of them.
I have already contacted customer support multiple times, but they have not been able to resolve the issue.
I can provide the FedEx tracking numbers showing delivery confirmation and signatures for all three returns. What is my next action here?

A few days ago, I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max over the phone through Xfinity. During the order process, I specifically requested to trade in my current iPhone as part of the purchase.
After receiving the new phone, I contacted customer support and was informed that no trade-in was initiated on my order. I then attempted to resolve the issue, but my request was declined.
At this point, I am trying to return the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, but my return request has also been declined. I would not have purchased the phone through Xfinity without the trade-in offer, as that was the main reason I chose Xfinity instead of another provider. What should I do in this case?
