Returned equipment but xfinity said I didnt

I dropped my equipment off at an ups drop off location 3 weeks ago to return but xfinity keeps texting me saying if I don’t return it I’ll get charged but I did return it. The lady at the drop off did not give me a receipt so I have no way of tracking it. I do not want to get charged for something I already did.

Good luck. I retuned mine in April and still trying to get it resolved. I thought I had it taken care of and now I have a bill for the remainder due on this month’s bill.
