return xfi pods

I do not understand what the issue is here regarding these xfi pods, I have filled out this form a dozen times with no response, after 24/48 hours. Customer service says take it to a store and return them. Store refuses to even take them! Can't take them to UPS without a return label. So what you just take money and be done with it? These things are useless and do not stay connected. I've been trying for a week to return these. I am 5 hours into talking with customer care and chatting and still no resolution as to how I can return these. Something has got to be fixed here. Clearly more training on these needs to be done

Hey @dani.alzy8612, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have and I'd love to help. Just to clear somethings up and for others that might have the same issue, the Xfinity Store can only take them if they were purchased from that store within 30 days. We do have a partnership with UPS to return equipment but it needs to be a corporate UPS store. We do have an escalation path for situations where the label isn't generating or there are issues. When you get a chance, can you send us a direct message? 

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
