That's a great question regarding a return label. To print a return label you would visit: xfinity.com/returns and follow the on–screen instructions for the device you'd like to return to us. The device also has a sticker with a scan bar on it, you can take a box the equipment would fit in, go to UPS and they can scan the bar code to print a return label (UPS doesn't provide boxes, so it's important to bring your own).
