Return Equipment

Several months (if not years) ago I received an Xfinity Flex 4k Streaming TV Box. The item remains in its original packaging unused.

How should I return it to you?

Have I been charged at all for still having it?

Would additional charges be added to my monthly bill if I decide to use the device?

Hello @PJWALTE85 and thank you for your post. You can always return Xfinity equipment to any nearby Xfinity Store or even UPS for free. As for your other questions we will need to go over personal information so we do request that you send us your full name and complete address in a Direct Message. Here are the steps for sending us a DM:

(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
