Retention
I have an offer from Frontier, ( yes they are available in my neighborhood). for 500 Mbps, @ 49.99$/month which is more than twice the speed at around half the cost of my current plan. Does Xfinity wish to make an offer to retain? It is seemingly impossible to speak with a rep. unless I drive 40+ miles to the nearest office.
