Retention Department contact information needed

Anyone has any luck to get in contact with the Retention Department, The Xfinity Rep told me they are going to reach out to me to discuss my service and didnt hear anything from them :(

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I need some help from the retention department I'm paying almost $300 a month I get tons of music channels tons of sports channels and tons of Hispanic channels that I don't even use this is a waste of money. I see Verizon is offering a deal if I don't get some help in reducing this monthly bill I'll switch to Verizon and I'll also switch to Verizon for my mobile.
