retention against ATT fiber

Hello - ATT fiber has recently been installed in my Neighborhood after weeks/momths of them digging almost every yard of our 700 home community. They are being aggressive in their sales and offers as they have never had access before. I have been a loyal Xfinity customer for over 12 years as well as my family. I would like to get a much better deal from Xfinity before I decide to cancel and switch. Please contact me.

Thank you. I see that new customers are being offered 60/month for 1 Gig internet + Hulu_Disney + peacock. I am paying almost double that for less speed and no additional services.

Quite astonishing. For the public record here. If I was a new customer, I am told I could get 1G internet speed, plus Hulu, plus Disney, plus peacock for $60 per month for 5 years with no contract. However, since I am already a paying customer paying 100 a month for only 800MB and NO services, Xfinity believes it is better to let me cancel my service than offer to try to keep my business. That is a very strange business practice! Oh well.
