Restore service

Good morning last week I made a payment arrangement to pay my full balance by January 8 and I was under the assumption that would protect my service until that payment was made, but my service was disconnected today. I did just come from the bank and deposited a check it will be available tomorrow, so I’ll be able to pay the past due which I’ve scheduled for that to be done. I really need my service restore today. I’ve been out of work for four weeks with Covid and walking pneumonia I’ve been in the hospital so I haven’t been paid for that time and my parents just wrote me a little check to help me through and I work from home and I am scheduled to work right now and my service has Been Connected. Is there anyway I can please get this restored today you’ll have payment tomorrow it’s on auto pay.
