Restore Home phone number
My name is Jim [Edited: "Personal Information"] at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. (loyal customer for MANY years)
I visited the xfinity store a number of times this week to try and reduce my cable bill. In doing so they inadvertently disconnected my home phone service which I still wanted.
My home phone number was [Edited: "Personal Information"] which is the number that's been in my family for the last 65 years. They're telling me that they can't restore that number to my account.
With all the technology you have at your disposal you don't have the ability to correct a mistake that was made by your rep.
By the way the 800 number that is answered by AI is completely useless for real issues.
