**Resolved** Loose cable wires hanging in alley. Request for line maintenance!
Edit: Resolved! After direct messaging Xfinity Support, line workers were scheduled to come within a couple of days and they did an incredible job cleaning up the loose wires. Really went above and beyond! It had even snowed early that morning and they still came out as scheduled and did a great job. Thanks so much!
Orginal Post:
How can I speak with someone directly to report a safety concern from multiple loose cable lines hanging into the alley/street along the outside of our building?
Several cut ends are at ground level and extending into the alley where people walk and cars pass. The loose wires whip against windows whenever it's windy and pose a hazard. New cable wires outside are zip tied to these old cut wires in places and some fasteners have crumpled and fallen out of the masonry!
I reported the issue but couldn't share photos or more details. Requesting escalation for outside line maintenance and removal/proper securing of the cable lines. Located in Chicago.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
