Good morning user_obffhu! Thanks so much for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums for help with finding your Wi-Fi network. I'm sure you want to get connected to access your awesome Xfinity internet services. When you activated the service did you set up a specific network name?

You also have the option to hide your network name and that can be managed in the Xfinity app. Do you see your network details in the Wi-Fi tab of the Xfinity app?

I need service connection too. Yes, I did everything the app suggested then it leaves me hanging once it realizes I need a service tech. This has happened way too many times. I need someone to call me ASAP!
