Residential Address is Treated As a Business Address

Hi:

I'm searching for service availability at my apartment, but when I enter my address, I'm redirected to a page that reads "This looks like a business address" and links to Comcast Business. I'm not sure how the address got flagged as a business, but it's a residential property. Is there a way to fix this?

@user_33y6cf Thanks for reaching out and letting us know. We are happy to take a look at the address with you in our Direct Messages. Please send us your full name and the complete address:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
