Rescheduling Technician Visit

I was contacted by Xfinity and was advised that I needed to schedule an in-home visit.  We inadvertently missed the technician.  It is now seemingly impossible to reschedule.  Please advise if you have any suggestions regarding how to speak with a human to reschedule.  I am kind of at the end of my desire to keep trying via automated phone messaging and the AI chat.

I'd be more than happy to help you reschedule a tech visit. In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

Try this,

 

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3lv0gXz

 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

Press Enter to send it
