Requesting property survey

I have recently purchased a new construction home. The neighbor across the street directly in front, as well as the neighbor right next door both have Xfinity service. I have been with Xfinity for almost 4 years now and would like to continue using the service. However, multiple times I have called to verify that the service is in the area, which I have been told by multiple people, YES. I asked if it would be possible to extend service to my location, I have been told no every time. I want to know how I can request a site survey for someone from field operations to come inspect the property and see if it truly is serviceable.
