Request to update my new address to Residential (currently flagged as Business)
Hello Xfinity Support Team!
I recently moved into a new apartment, and when I try to set up service, your availability checker shows my address as a business address. However, this is definitely a residential location.
I would like to subscribe to a residential internet plan, but the system seems to think this is a commercial property. Could you please help me correct the address classification in your system to “Residential”
