Request to cancel the xfinity service
I'm requesting to talk with verified Xfinity staff to cancel my xfinity service
I tried to fill the callback sheet but my phone is currently unable to receive phone call (message is ok)
I can talk through email(the one bind to the account), text message( binded phone number), or any other way to talk.

Hey @AustenH, thank you for creating a public post to help with our guidelines. Our goal is to try and answer questions as publically as we can and we appreciate your help doing that.
