Request for serviceability at two addresses
Xfinity is available just across the street from me but does not show as available for me. How can I extend service to my address?
I am also interested in my parent's home. Their neighbor about 1000 feet away has Xfinity but they do not. How can I extend service to their address?

Hi there @jlkemper and thanks for your desire to have our awesome Xfinity service. You are in the correct department to see if we can get you connected. Please send us your details such as your parents full address and your complete name. Here is how you can do so:
(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)
"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
