Request for Replacement of Expired Promotional Prepaid Card

Hi Xfinity team,

I recently realized that the prepaid card I received through a promotion has expired without being used. I would like to check if it’s possible to have a replacement card issued.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me.

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
