Request for Reimbursement – Sprinkler System Damage
Good morning,
I am not certain who the appropriate contact is for this matter, but I am reaching out regarding an issue that occurred following recent work performed by Xfinity.
Yesterday, a crew installed underground piping for my fiber service. Prior to the installation, I clearly informed them that I have a sprinkler system on the property. Since the installation, the system is no longer functioning properly, and water is pooling instead of operating as expected.
I have contacted my sprinkler system installer to assess and repair the damage. However, I would like guidance on how to proceed with a reimbursement claim for the repairs, as the system was inspected in April and has been functioning without any issues up until this incident.
Please advise on the next steps.
