Hello, @umpenny! Thanks for reaching out about the cable line that is damaged. We are happy to help and can set up a ticket to have our technical team come out and make the repairs. You can also set up that same ticket using the Xfinity Assistant. This link shows How to Report an Issue Online. You would type "Hazardous Wire" or "Dangerous Wire" into the Xfinity Assistant to get the ticket started.

But how do you report an outage? Similar thing here with a big storm that took down power lines. Power is back up a few days later, Verizon sent out a fleet of trucks to rewire the neighborhood today, xfinity no where to be found because there are no outages reported. I'm officially reporting an outage in my area, can someone actually listen? Sorry just venting.
