Report Reckless Xfinity Driver

I just had a Xfinity driver cut me off at dangerous speeds to make a exit on the highway almost clipping my front bumper and causing my family to run off the road. I want to report the driver to Xfinity as this is very dangerous and I am concerned for the safety of my family and others on the road with this driver. The incident happened in Eugene, OR on May 30th approximately at 11:55am. [Edited: "Personal Information"].

An Xfinity driver was wreckless and careless as he hit my truck with his Xfinity truck and ran from the scene. When followed, he got out of his vehicle using profanity trying to "fight". I have brain cancer and he could've seriously hurt me.
truck number [Edited: "Personal Information"] in little egg harbor nj on 7/18/2024 in the hour 8AM.

user_vp8v20 That certainly isn't an experience we like to hear, and would appreciate all the details we can to get a report in for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I'm glad that you reported it here, but you also need to remember to call the police just as you would any other driver that is driving recklessly.  And you should still probably report the driver as it is.  😉  I am really glad you weren't hurt!

Just had an xfinity driver in a purple logo in a small ram van going down i 69 exit 264 in Indiana doing well over 90mph.  Private contractor.  Zig zagging through traffic at 10:50am on Tuesday October 29th 2024.  If you need to contact me you can message me back at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I would be glad to make a full report on driver.  Heavy set guy wearing a bright yellow highlighter color

Besides notifying here, you also need to notify the police of their reckless driving.  That should always be the first thing you do, before posting here.

Your driver of vehicle with TX license plate HXP 2375 on location at 2:15p, Central time at 11601 Katy Freeway blocked the side walk with his vehicle.

My first two passes,  I walked around as I did not know where he was.

My next trip past his vehicle,  I asked him if he could please move to a parking space so we could safely traverse the area using the side walk.

He merely looked at me and went back to whatever was "playing" on his phone.  He did not move the vehicle.

He only started the vehicle when I, again, had to walk around his van and saw that I came back to get his license plate number.

Sorry if the safety of walkways was less important that the game on his phone.
