How do I report downed/severed wires from fallen tree? I don't think Xfinity knows the exact location or issue but I wanted to tell them this is the issue  where the utility pole and wires going into the junction box are severed. Xfinity automated assistant unable to help nor can I talk to someone to report the issue. Automated runarounds.
