Report Downed Cable Lines
Trying to report damage to the main cable line due to a downed tree in a recent storm but it's been almost impossible to get a crew out to help resolve the damage. Xfinity assistant and even a live agent was basically no help and I had to finally inform the agent that someone needs to come out since the lines are laying on the ground and damaged after being knocked off of the power line pole. Hopefully someone will be able to get a repair crew out and get this resolved.

Thanks for reaching out to us in regards to the down cable line. I'm glad you were actually able to get a hold of an agent to let them know there's a damage line laying on the ground.
If your services are not working due to the down cable line the agent you spoke to should have set up for a technician that come out you get your services back up and running and get the line repaired.
Were you given any kind of date and time on when the technician would arrive?

Need to report a down cable that is a trip and mowing hazard. It is for a neighbor that is disabled. Cable comes off the road at [Edited: "Personal Information"] but services the address at [Edited: "Personal Information"]
