Report dangerous activity by Xfinity driver

I’d like to make a report of dangerous activity by an Xfinity driver, is there a number when I can talk to someone local and discuss this?

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support!  We are so glad to hear from you @user_bgmli8 and want to assist in any way that we can.  No worries!  You have reached out to the right place, and we can absolutely help you report dangerous activity by one of our drivers.  To ensure your report is handled by the appropriate local team, could you please provide the city and state where the incident occurred?  Once we have that information, we can give you the best way to connect with someone directly in that area to discuss the details.  Please feel free to shoot us a DM so that we can get things started for you.

 

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
