Report agent
Hello, I've been trying to report an Xfinity agent because of improper action he took during our chat. I was told this by another agent :
"I request you to contact our team at 1-888-
936-4968 and press 1-1-2 to speak with live agent. As this team is our dedicated security team who can escalate this issue "
When I contacted that number this morning they sat on the phone for 27 doing nothing, becusse at the end of the call they tell me they aren't the right department. I of course got upset and said so if you aren't the right the department why did you just make me explain the issue to you rather than transferring me to the right department? And of course this person had no valid explanation.
I'm coming here in hopes to find the right steps to report the agent because I'm tired of Xfinity agents getting away with stuff like this and Xfinity not taking their customers serious

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

The worst supervisor ever is 'H', he just left my chat after siding with his agents for their mistake they wasted a lot of my time please take an action against him as I have the transcript to prove that.
