replacement of grass after Comcast dug it up

Comcast dug up a trench behind [Edited: "Personal Information"] (Racquet Club 8 North).  I am the president and property manager of that association.  The gentleman gave me a phone number to contact Frank [Edited: "Personal Information"] but I have already left 3 messages with no response.  I simply want to know when the grass will be replaced.
