replacement coax demarcation box

I recently moved into a home I purchased and transferred my Xfinity internet service here. There is an outdoor enclosure that I understand to be coax "demarcation box" (picture attached) that is very old, and has damage & water intrusion due to warping of the enclosure. Is this something Xfinity can/will replace? Or should I plan to do it myself?

And if it is Xfinity's to replace, who is the appropriate person to reach out to? I imagine my local Xfinity store reps will be confused, it took me a bit just to find out the term "demarcation box"

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........................ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
