Replace your Xfinity WiFi Gateway to experience faster speeds
I upgraded my internet service to 1G the week of Nov 17th. I received a new XB8 gateway and returned my old gateway. Today I received an email that network upgrades were completed in my area in New London CT and that I should upgrade to a new gateway to receive the available speed. Is there a different model that I would receive, or hasn't the system caught up with the change I just made? (My service is working fine, no lagging.)
