Replace XiD (HD) Box with XG1v4 (4K) DVR
Hello-
I currently have an 4K XG1v4 on my main TV and an XiD companion box on my 2nd TV.
I upgraded my 2nd TV to a 4K model so I want to replace the XiD with a XG1v4 DVR box since that supports 4K. I do not have a Comcast gateway, so I cannot use a wireless companion box and still access my locally stored DVR recordings.
Can someone from support help have a XG1v4 DVR sent to me so I can replace my XiD with it?

Just to follow up, the XG1v4 was delivered today as promised. I will head to the Xfinity store to return the XiD-P box tonight. Great job on this one, Xfinity!
