Replace old external cable wires with 1 single cable

We don't use cable TV anymore and only need cable going into a single room for a cable modem.  It's a 3 floor house with all the old cables going up the side.  Is it possible to have someone remove the old cable wiring and install the 1 new wire I need?  Only outside the house, not the inside wiring.

Thank you

user_hxh5iq Is there an issue with your cable connection that might call for a new cable line?

The connections on the upper floors broke in a wind storm and they are hanging down.  One is still connected and being used, the others are not being used.  When I say hanging, they are connected at each end, but the clamps holding them to the side of the house are broken.

user_hxh5iq, I think the best thing is to schedule a tech visit so we can determine what needs to be done/replaced.
