Repeated Order Confirmation emails when I didn't place any orders/make any changes

Today is the third day this week I've received a "Thanks, here is your Xfinity order confirmation" when I have not placed any orders nor made any changes to my account.

I'm getting really tired of these emails. They contain the correct information regarding my services, so they seem legit (as opposed to phishing/spam -- and no, I have not clicked any links in the emails). I have tried finding answers on the Xfinity site but just keep getting sent in circles.

I would very much appreciate contacting an ACTUAL PERSON regarding this issue, but not via phone: I am autistic and do not do well with phone calls. Also, phone calls do not allow for sending screenshots like the one below.

NOTE: I DO NOT USE MY COMCAST.NET EMAIL ACCOUNT! These emails are going to my Gmail account.

Hey @user_1701A , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding the service order emails. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Thanks, I already finally just called Xfinity to try to resolve this when I wasn't getting an answer here. So far the emails seem to have stopped -- after receiving four (4) in one week! -- but if another one shows up I'll come back here and DM ... if I can find the "Direct Message chat" icon, which I'm not seeing. (The Xfinity system is the WORST UI/UX I've seen when trying to contact customer support or find answers.)

Thanks for the update, and I'm glad to hear the emails appear to have stopped after speaking with support. I can definitely understand how frustrating it would be to receive multiple order confirmation emails for changes you didn't make, especially when you're trying to determine whether they're legitimate. If the issue has been resolved, that's great news. However, if you receive another unexpected order confirmation email, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us and we'll be happy to investigate further. And thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the support experience and site navigation. We understand how important accessible support options are, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about the challenges you encountered. In the meantime, is there anything else we can help with regarding your bill or Xfinity services today?
