Removing TV from Plan

Hello! I am trying to remove TV from my plan as I haven't used it in quite a while. It won't let me through manage plan and the Xfinity Assistant isn't able to help either

Hi there, @Blizzlyte. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. If you have a bundled plan, that may be the reason why. Certainly the most common reason. You would have to select new stand-alone service for what remains. In this case internet. We can check it out and work with you though.

Please send a direct message to us including your full name and complete street address.


Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

1-Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3-Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4-In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. 
6-An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8-Press Enter to send it.
