Removing a secondary user, prompted error that a payment is scheduled

I am trying to remove a secondary user that no longer lives in the account address but am getting prompted an error that reads a payment is scheduled and I cannot change their permissions or remove them.

Hey there, user_0yhg1f! Thank you for posting on our Xfinity Community forum regarding the issue you experienced when removing a secondary user. The secondary user would need to remove the payment that was scheduled from before. Are you able to get in contact with the secondary user to inform them to log in and remove their scheduled payment?

What if you do not know who the secondary user is as your account was hacked
