Removing a person off account
Hello. I’m trying to get someone removed off my Xfinity WiFi app. My ex partner has it logged in on their phone and keeps going on it and turning off WiFi and changing names and messing with it. Is there anyway to get them logged out of my account on their phone?

Hi there, @user_pfzj95. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. You can find directions on how to remove users from your account here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-username-from-account. This does require being signed is as the primary account to get done, and will stop the ID in question from being able to log in or change anything relating to your account.
