Remove MGM +

For some reason I can't find a way to remove MGM+ 
When I signed up for it the website made it seem that I was subscribing for a month and would be able to cancel my subscription, now I'm seeing that I have to go through Xfinity and the chatbot keeps sending me to a link that doesn't work.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

@user_av9mc4, Thanks so much for allowing me to assist you today. This was an easy fix. MGM+ was a part of the bundle, so you were not being charged separately for it. The good news is you didn't have to remove it after all. It was a pleasure working with you. Take care!

Hi we are experiencing the same issue. We do not see a direct message icon on our upper right corner. Could you please assist us to resolve this issue? @XfinityAngie
