Remove green cable box

Hi,

I would like to have the Comcast green cable box/pedestal removed from my front lawn. I only use internet and do not have or watch cable TV. How can I have the cable box removed?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

@user_69b579, thanks for letting us know. Can you try signing out and proceed to clear your cache and cookies before signing in again? I will place an article below that will walk you through the steps of clearing your cache and cookies.

I don't see direct message icon when I sign in.

To check if your direct messaging is turned on, click on your Profile Avatar in the upper right corner and then on Profile Settings.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and if Opt Out From Direct Messaging is checked uncheck it and then click on Save.
