Remove cables
Hello! I have cables at my house that need to be removed. I called the Xfinity 800 number and was told there would be a cost to have a tech do this. The city says it is in fact your responsibility to maintain the cables and I should not have a cost. I canceled my Internet and mobile with you today due to this issue and how poorly I was treated. Please send out a tech ASAP to remove, they are hanging into the street.
