Remove a modem from my account

Im trying to find a way to remove a modem from my account.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. We have received your direct message and will respond shortly. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. I'm so glad our Digital Care Team was able to not only remove your customer-owned modem from the account, but successfully activate our Gateway and credit the account for those recent charges. As you can tell, you're always in great hands with us, here! As mentioned in my last direct message, feel free to create another post down the road if anything comes up, and we'll be here :)
