Removal of old aerial internet lines

Unfortunately I was severely affected by a hurricane last year, due to this I have to remove an old structure from my property but it has aerial internet lines that need to be removed before I can start the demolition process. How can I get someone out here as soon as possible?

Hi @user_ye3g1o
I am sorry to hear about your experience with mother nature last year, I live in a high risk area for hurricanes as well, so I know firsthand how much of a headache the aftermath can be. I will gladly lend you a helping hand in getting the aerial line removed, please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, so we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
