Removal of cable from street

I have cancelled my Comcast service and would like to arrange to have the cable from the street removed as well as the cable box on the outside of my house to make room for solar equipment. Thank you for your help.

@user_85d591. Thanks for letting us know. I can out in a request to the local team. What is the time frame to get it done? Can you give specific details about where the box and cable are? Post pictures if you can.

Thanks for the reply. I do not have a date but would appreciate getting this accomplished relatively soon. This is in Kensington, California, next to Albany and Berkeley.

My apologies, I did not see that you had replied. The box is on the north side of the house right around the front corner.  That is the left side as you enter the yard. The cable runs across the yard from the south front corner of the yard by street, so from the right to the left, looking at the house. It runs just below the power line. There is also a line running across the yard from the cable box to the back of the garage where there is another bedroom.  Because of the vegetation, I don’t think I can get helpful photos for you. Note the ATT line runs along the right (south) side of the property from the street to the south side of the house. Thanks again for your help. Let me know if you need to know more.
