I cannot find the modem reset button at xfinity.com anymore. Can I still send my modem a reset command when I'm away from home?

You should be able to complete basic troubleshooting steps online at xfinity.com or by using our Xfinity app. If you are unable to find that function online, you can always run signals out to your modem using the Xfinity app.
